Facilty Rental at Parker Performing Arts School
We welcome and encourage community members to consider renting our general building rooms and performing arts spaces for your next activity, performance or meeting.

Main Stage Theater (Rehearsal Only) = $40.00/hr.
Main Stage Theater (Performance or Meeting) = $75.00/hr. *3 hour minimum required
Green/Dressing Room = $20/hr. *Additional cleaning fee may apply
Orchestra Pit = $50/hr
Cafeteria = $20.00/hr. *Additional cleaning fee may apply
Standard Classroom = $15.00/hr.
Speciality Classroom = $20.00/hr.

Rental of Two Spaces for an Event = 10% off total rental price
Rental of Three Spaces or More for an Event = 15% off total rental price
*All rentals include a $50 custodial fee
Rental Reservations and Payment
To reserve a rental space please fill out the Rental Resevation Form. You will be contacted within two business days to finalize your reservation details.
All facility users must submit a deposit check for $100.00 for each rental agreement in addition to the rental fee. The deposit will be held for the duration of the rental and then shredded or retuned back to you at request. PPA can hold deposit checks for future rentals upon request.
Full payment must be made at the time of reservation confirmation, including the deposit. You are not required to book more than one date at a time; however, if you are interested in a recurring rental or a rental for a duration longer than a single date, we cannot guarantee availability unless you reserve and pay for all of those times in advance.
If you must cancel your Rental Event, a written notification of cancellation (email is acceptable) must be received by Parker Performing Arts School (Venue Manager) at least ten (10) business days prior to the start date of the Rental Event in order to avoid any financial obligation. Cancellations after that time may not be eligible for a full Rate Fee refund (10% will be subtracted for every day past 10 days up to 100% of the total Rate Fee), subject to Parker Performing Art School’s discretion. Deposits are 100% non-refundable in the case of a cancellation made less than 10 days before the event start date.
Proof of Insurance and Background Checks
All renters MUST supply a current Certificate of Insurance, with Parker Performing Arts School named as “additional insured” (IMPORTANT!), in order to rent space at Parker Performing Arts School. If you intend for someone from your organization to teach Parker Performing Arts School students, those individuals must EACH undergo a background check and be fingerprinted at your expense through the Sheriff’s Department. No renter may be regularly in front of Parker Performing Arts School students without first obtaining this background check.
Instructions for Rental Application
1. Review the PPA Facility Use Policy
2. After your reservation is confirmed we will send you a Facility Use Contract
3. If everything is correct, print the Facility Use Contract and the Indemnity Agreement.
4. Check the boxes and sign the Facility Use Contract and the Imdemnity Agreement were indicated.
5. Bring in, or mail, the completed and signed Facility Use Contract and Indemnity Agreement along your Deposit Check ($100.00). An invoice will be sent to you for the Rental Fee to be paid upon receipt.
6. A PPA representative will co-sign the Facility Use Contract and secure your rental space on our event calendar.
