School Fees and School Supplies
The Parker Performing Arts (PPA) Board of Directors reviews this policy annually and reserves the right to make adjustments to student fee requirements based on input from school administrators.
Parker Performing Arts monthly tuition rates for full-day kindergarten are $450.00 and are processed from August-May on the first day of the month. There is a 10% discount off annual tuition if fee is paid in full by August 1st. All full-day kindergarten families are required to fill out a tuition express form prior to August 1st, unless tuition has been paid in full. If a charge/electronic transfer is declined and/or payment is not made for more than 2 consecutive months, the child will be removed from full-day kindergarten and placed in PM kindergarten for the remainder of the year. No other payment plans will be accepted for Full-Day Kindergarten.
Parker Performing Arts will collect non-refundable registration fees annually for the upcoming school year at the time of registration/express check-in. Failure to pay required fees can result in lost access to Infinite Campus/Parent Portal. If fees are not paid by the end of the year, a student will not receive access to their report card.
Free and Reduced Lunch
Student fees for students of families who qualify for Free/Reduced Lunch (FRL) assistance through the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) will be reduced to $50 to cover the Apple Technology fee. The NSLP qualification process is initiated annually by the school district using an economic survey, which families are responsible for completing and then notifying the school of their official qualification documentation.
- Fees will be collected electronically through the Infinite Campus RevTrak system, or any other identified collection system.
- Fees for field trips and/or day trips at all grade levels will be collected separately prior to each trip through the RevTrak system or Cheddar Up, and are not included in the annual registration fee.
- Any surplus in fees will be held in the account until either it can be applied to future charges, or it will be refunded once the student withdraws or completes 8th grade.
