Car Line

Our car line is always a great way to support PPA. We offer times before and after school. 

 

Morning driveline support times: 7:30am - 8:15am

Afternoon driveline support times: 3:00pm - 4:00pm

 

Sign ups are not needed this year - simply show up! We can always use more adult support as students begin and end their school day. Sharing a smile and kind words always makes an impact and may be exactly what a student needs in that moment.

General Volunteer Guidelines

 

At Parker Performing Arts we believe building strong partnerships with parents, teachers, students and staff creates a happy, engaged community. We welcome the many diverse talents you volunteers bring to our community, and we honor your commitment to making PPA the best it can be.

 

PPA requests that each two parent family volunteers a minimum of 30 hours and single parents complete 15 hours by June 1st each school year. Families will receive a quarterly accounting of the hours they have volunteered. 

 

 

FINDING VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

 

The HelpCounter volunteer system is the main source for finding volunteer opportunities. We encourage families to log in to HelpCounter on a regular basis to check available opportunities.

To create a new account: Click “Create New User Name”
 
Login to an existing account: Enter username and password

 

LOGGING HOURS

 

At School:

When you volunteer at school, logging in as a volunteer will automatically log your hours. Please ensure you log in and log out when you complete your volunteer task. HelpCounter will automatically record the hours for you

 

Outside of School:

To log hours completed outside of school, log on through HelpCounter.
