Meetings

General comments or questions can be sent to the PPA Board Secretary using [email protected] and will be distributed to the Board appropriately and as needed.

Board meetings are open to the public and are conducted in compliance with Colorado Open Meetings Requirements.  All are welcome to attend.  Board Meetings are the first and third Tuesday of every month starting at 5:45pm.  The time and location of all Board meetings are posted on the school calendar, on the meeting agenda, and will note whether the meeting is available via conference call.

The agenda will be strictly followed. The Board welcomes comments from members of the pubic during the public comment time set aside on the agenda on any topic. The Board may choose to respond to public comments during this open forum, but is not required to do so.  Anyone wishing to make public comment should use the PPA Public Comment Form link here to add themselves to the agenda.

The Board will only take action on items listed on the agenda. For other matters, the Board will receive comments only, and may, at its discretion, refer the matter or calendar the issue for future discussion.
